Meet our Executive Team

As the General Manager of 3D-P, Walter is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the company. He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to CEO in 2019, and later to GM after the Epiroc acquisition of 3D-P. Walter is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience, primarily in domestic and international oilfield services. Prior to joining 3D-P, Walter has held senior financial positions including Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration for publicly traded and private international oilfield services companies. Walter graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. 

Ron has been with 3D-P since 2004, driving the company's focus on wireless network design for challenging environments, as well as the Intelligent Endpoint, mining application integration, and open access to data. As Director, Sales and Marketing, Ron is continuing to drive the company's vision toward enabling digitalization, and the IIOT. Through his tenure with 3D-P, Ron has held senior positions in many of the company's departments, leading the service and support groups, product management, product development and sales, and ultimately as President from 2019 through the Epiroc acquisition in 2021. Ron has an extensive background in wireless, networking, field deployments and mining applications and is well known for his ability to teach, motivate, and drive consensus. 

As Director, Product, Evan is involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. Evan was the founding member of Evtech Solutions Ltd., which merged with 3D-P in 2006. Evan has an extensive background in designing, integrating, and commissioning technology in the landfill and mining industries. Evan is an Electrical Engineer, graduating with honors from the Technical University of Nova Scotia. He is also an alumnus of Acadia University's Applied Science program. 

Nigel has worked in a variety of settings and with experience in multiple technologies, including high-powered lasers, defense, broadcasting, microwave, telemetry, safety-of-life communications, audio/visual, remote environmental monitoring and mining production application. 

His current role as Director, Business Development with 3D-P is focused on Head of Country activities for Australia. Externally, his remit is on strategic partnering and the development of business outside of North and South America, with Australia being the central focus.
